THE ADVENTURES OF AN ENDURANCE CYCLING COUPLE
TONIGHT: Wednesday, June 16th
Center for the Arts, Center Theater
Doors Open at 6pm

Come see history makers Tracey and Jay Petervary as they share stories and a slide show of two of the biggest cycling feats. Pedaling 3,000 miles along the Continental Divide on a tandem, and 1,100 miles through the sub-zero temperatures of Alaska along the Iditarod trail on snowbikes.
Discussions will include the progression one goes through to compete in such adventures, training on the tandem and snowbike, gear needed to survive, nutrition and how it differs from short races or person to person, working as a team and the importance of communication.
